Our Kids Classes are taught with the same tradition and values that classical Japanese martial arts are renowned for - but in a completely child friendly manner that is encouraging, respectful and within an entirely positive environment.
A Note to Parents

Many martial arts schools kids classes are nothing more than a glorified daycare service. We do not operate as such or with a sports gym mentality.

We believe that what we offer is much more- a trusted place where your child can learn and grow while enjoying their classmates and our class structure.

Overview
Our dojo provides our youth students with a place to learn focus, respect and self control, character building and leadership skills all under one roof. Discipline can be fostered in any number of ways, and traditionally classical Japanese martial arts were taught with both patience and understanding. It is our job to ensure that your children learn all of the character building that you are here for AND have them excited for class every week.
What Are Classes Like?
Martial arts training should provide your child with an opportunity to grow in body and mind. We feel strongly about this and work hard to make sure every student is provided the resources they need to grow into happy, healthy adults. Each of our kids classes includes exercise, stretching and martial arts techniques for their belt level. It is important to instill character development- and equally as important that children enjoy each and every class. We make sure both happen as every class finishes with games and fun.
Enrollment & Pricing Information
Our kids classes have open enrollment, meaning anyone is welcome to sign up at any time. We typically cap our classes at 15 students each, this ensures a quality teacher to student ratio. Our membership plan is a rolling month to month plan, meaning membership payments are due on the first of each month and upon payment your child(ren) have access to all classes that month.

Our class times are:
Ages 4-9: Wednesday 6:00pm-6:45pm, Saturday 10:00am-10:45am.
Ages 9-13: Wednesday 6:45pm - 7:30pm, Saturday 10:45am-11:30am.

Our monthly rate for one student is $75 per month. We do offer discounts for multiple family members; each additional family member is $50 per month.
